– The mission is scheduled to launch on September 2, 2023.

– The mission will carry a payload of seven instruments to study the Sun's atmosphere, including its corona, chromosphere, and photosphere.

– The mission will also study the Sun's magnetic field and solar wind.

– The mission will be launched from ISRO's launch pad in Sriharikota, Andhra Pradesh.

– The launch vehicle for the mission is the PSLV-XL.

– The mission is expected to cost Rs 400 Crore.

– The mission's primary objective is to understand the Sun's dynamics and its impact on space weather.

– The mission's secondary objective is to develop technologies for future solar exploration missions.

– The Aditya L1 Mission will be the first Indian mission to study the Sun in detail.

– The mission will be placed in a halo orbit around the Lagrangian Point 1 (L1), which is a point in space between the Sun and the Earth.

– The L1 point is a stable location where the gravitational forces of the Sun and the Earth cancel each other out.
